When a client calls for representation, we set up a consultation at our office. I am not comfortable talking about the facts and circumstances of your case over
the phone. I much prefer to meet with you face to face so we can discuss your case in private.
We do charge a minimum consultation fee, but at that point the attorney-client privilege is in effect and the attorney-client relationship has been formed.
This means that anything you say to me is entirely confidential and will not go beyond the four walls of my office. We are very proud to maintain absolute
discretion for every client and reassure them that their problems will never be discussed with anyone outside of our office.
During a consultation, you will tell me what facts and circumstances have given rise to your legal problem. I will then explain several things to you.
First, I’ll tell you what we can do for you in our legal representation. Then I will tell you exactly what it’s going to cost for us to do that.
At that point you are armed with the information you need to make an intelligent decision about whether you want to retain us.
