APPEALS & POST CONVICTION REPRESENTATION

Losing a trial is always a disheartening experience. However, this doesn't have to be the end. There are ways by which you can fight against a conviction.

Kevin Stockstill can help you fight a conviction by examining all potential means of challenging the conviction, including the argument that you received ineffective assistance of counsel. Do you believe your lawyer made mistakes in your representation? Did he miss important evidence or insufficiently pursue important points? If these are lingering questions after your trial, discuss the situation with Attorney Kevin Stockstill.

There are two ways to bring errors to the court's attention:

  •  Appeals: This involves asking a higher court to consider any errors or mistakes were made at trial.
  •  Post-conviction relief: After all appeal opportunities to appeal have been exhausted, you can petition the court to consider whether any breaches of constitutional protections occurred during the trial, such as ineffective assistance of counsel.
